Leolux Presentation – Milan 2022

With sustainability as a key focus, Studio Truly Truly took a big-picture view of Leolux’s presentation plans and devised a plan to intelligently re-use. They conceived a system of modular architectural panels that would be built up into walls for the brand’s presentation in Milan, then pulled down and re-installed as spatial screens in the Leolux Experience Centre in the Netherlands.

Longevity was also a serious consideration. Truly Truly wanted to create panels of a quality and materiality with the aim of being timeless. This informed the solid oak and natural-hued textile. Drawing on architectural inspiration, the design features angled panels in repetition. This angle along with the semi-transparent textile gives an element of dynamic ‘show-through’. As viewers move by, more or less is revealed depending on the angle.

Truly Truly took special care in determining the views and flow through the space, in order to make it open and welcoming, while partially closing off some views to avoid visual clutter.
